彩盒爆边的原因人尽皆知,无非是水份含量与纸张耐折度太低,天气干燥等原因所致,下面介绍几个实用解决办法

1、在上光时保持适度干燥,一般采用大口径抽风道并在烘道上安装水冷却装置,这样可避免彩纸在干燥固化时过于干燥及纸张发脆现象。

2、通常情况下,裱彩纸后纸板的水份含量可达10%以上。但天气高温干燥而待裱纸板的水份含量非常低的情况下,胶水的水份很快蒸发,裱出的纸板水份仍然很低。此时不妨使用自裱机的湿水辊,在纸板背面湿水,同时选用固含量低的胶水并加大上胶量,这样便可以迅速提高裱出纸板的水份含量。

3、对于裱好的彩纸、如果水份含量太低,可用一台单色胶印机或柔印机在纸板的背面印一遍水,印水后用保鲜膜将纸板包裹严实,等到第二天纸板水分平衡后再进行模切。注意,模切后最好立即进行粘盒,若需放置一段时间再粘盒也需用;拉伸膜;包裹,以免水分过早散失。

对于多数单坑纸板彩盒,由于摇盖在折叠时抗张强度不高,爆线问题较少。但是对于高强瓦纸且是双瓦楞的纸板,单凭增加水份也不容易解决。

白咭涂层耐折性测试方法:

 用裁纸刀裁切尺寸为250*50mm的试样五条(注意确保纸的直纹方向与长边垂直),在温湿度为23±1℃,52±2%的环境下存放4小时。

b)将试样向内弯折使两条短边重叠,注意保持试样中间部位呈圆弧状。

c)将弯折后试样置于一10KG重的压辊下,按住重叠的一端,推动压辊向试样中间圆弧部位碾过,使碾过后的试样呈对折状。

d) 往复碾压五次后打开试样,观察碾出的压折纸表面涂层是否有爆裂现象。如无任何爆裂,则表明该白咭涂层耐折良好;如有轻微爆裂,则白咭涂层耐折一般;如果出现明显爆裂,则表明该白咭涂层耐折较差。

(1)合理设计模切版

优质的压痕钢线应硬度适中,稳定性强,刀头圆滑,圆弧中轴对称,高度、厚度偏差小,规格齐全。其选用原则是:压痕钢线的厚度不小于纸厚,高度等于模切刀片高度减去模切材料厚度,再减去修正值0.05~0.10mm。压痕线的选用原则是:压痕线的厚度也不小于纸厚,宽度等于纸厚的1.5倍加上压痕钢线的厚度。

开连点本质上是在模切刀刃口部位开出一定宽度的小口,使模切后的纸盒和废边不散开,便于排废。连点通常开在产品成型后不易看到的隐蔽处,并且要避开胶线位置。如果不得已连点在成型后能够看见,则连点应越小越好,否则排废时连点处不易分离,导致纸张撕烂及附近墨层爆线。连点宽度=纸厚+0.20mm。

(2)当压痕钢线之间的距离过小时,需粘贴海绵胶条以起到反拉力的作用,把纸张压紧,减轻压力。另外,校板时可在压线位开出凹槽形状,使彩盒折叠成型时有一个较大的弧度,从而起到减轻爆线的作用。

(3) 如果客户没有特别要求,又没有耐折性更好的白卡纸,建议彩纸改用覆膜工艺,可一劳永逸
